Our digital platform allows you to manage your healthcare journey from the convenience of your home or office, as long as you have access to a computer or phone and internet. You can schedule an appointment and see our health advisors or review your records and charts without ever having to go to a physical pharmacy.

What is White Coat 360?

White Coat 360 is a digital platform which bridges the gap between the community and the health experts. White Coat 360 connects you a trustworthy community pharmacists stationed at a pharmacy nearest to you. White Coat 360 focuses on your health & lifestyle information in providing unbiased advice & personalized health solutions.

How does White Coat 360 connect me to a Health Advisor?

Prior to your enquiry, you will receive an assessment form via messenger from White Coat 360’s chat. Once the assessment form is reverted, our advisor will join the virtual appointment, your consultation will occur via direct message/ video conference. All visits can be done virtually via a computer, tablet or phone as long as you have a strong internet or cellular connection.

Who are the health advisors and what are their credentials?

Our advisors are certified pharmacists, nutritionists & dietitians. They represent those in the health service sector related to health and awareness. They are professionally trained to provide information and advice on the prevention of diseases and the maintenance of good health. You may refer to their profile at ‘Our Advisors’ tab.

How do I know if the pharmacists are qualified?

Our healthcare provider must be accredited by the Malaysian Ministry of Health. We run stringent assessment in evaluating every advisor prior to their joining our team.

How much do consultations cost?

All our consultations are FREE.

How long do consultations take?

Depending on your needs, the length of each visit can vary. There is no fixed duration for each chat session but we cap at 30 minutes maximum for each FREE consultation.

Can I change with different health advisor from time to time?

Yes, you may do so but your entitlement is one health advisor at one time. You may choose different health advisors to chat with from time to time.

Will my previous chat history be saved after I exit from the chat?

Yes. All chat history will be saved in the chat room.
